Must be between 50 and 80 degrees, otherwise indoors.

Characters cannot enter wet or unpaved areas, including grass,  garages, and driveways.

We do not reschedule on the basis of weather.

In the event of inclement weather, please plan to move inside.

If your characters stay 10 or more minutes over the allotted time, registrant will be invoiced for the additional time.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and characters for every event.

The remaining amount is collected the day of the event.

Please provide some open space for the singing & dancing and a table and chairs for the glamour activity. 

For events located over 30 minutes from Vienna, VA, a travel fee of $25 per character will be applied.

We suggest character arrival 30 minutes after your party start time so that any latecomers do not miss the royal arrival and the characters can get right into their activites.
